Holy shit. I cannot believe I almost dropped this show. I started the first episode but was so turned off by the over the top, TV show deal in the beginning, that I dropped the show. I didn't even watch all of the first episode. I made it like 5 minutes or so into the first episode and quit. Later, I kept hearing so many positive reviews of this show on BakaBT that I decided I would try to watch it again. This time I forced myself to finish the first episode. Once I got past the first episode, I realized how interesting this who actually was.

I am only on episode 10 but this show has me hooked. It just has such a unique and interesting story that I cannot turn away. To top it off, I am watching the dub on Netflix. Normally, I hate dubs, but this one is actually quite good.

The princess is so hot in her adult form. I wonder, if you knew how hot she really was in her true form and knew her real age, would you tap that shit even if she normally took the body of a child? I know I couldn't but it would really suck knowing how hot she really is and not being able to do anything about it. I feel bad for the dude in this show lol.

Not even remotely close to Rosario + Vampire (anime).
Demons run when a good man goes to war. Night will fall and drown the sun, when a good man goes to war. Friendship dies and true love lies, night will fall and the dark will rise, when a good man goes to war. Demons run but count the cost, the battle's won, but the child is lost.

Oh, hell yeah!
And the manga is even better. You should read it, you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Alright I usually don't read manga but I have heard manga was butchered to make the anime so this may be my first manga.
But I don't see this here on BakaBT... Is it blacklisted too like the anime?

Alright, little fellas. Which release am I supposed to go with for this one. There is a lot of comments, opinions etc etc. so I can't really decide.

Well let's my priority in the release would be:
-Uncensored (I guess BD's would be the only option in that case, since HDTV was censored)
-Top video quality
-Better subs.

Well, I know there are main sub groups to choose from (Yuurisan-subs, SFW subs and SFW-Chihiro).
And what do you guys think of this release (it's raw I think, nyann id:162628). If a good overall quality is not available I guess you could remux using those raws and best subs around (still a long process, I don't really prefer it though).

Hmm, the BD's done by Chihiro-SFW are unedited version right? 'Cause I heard funi went ahead and edited some stuff on it. :(  (nyaa torrent ID: 181145 (720p) and 181146 (1080p))

I liked the dub best. I watched it while it was airing, but I enjoyed my rewatch with the dub better.

So which one should I go with. I am totally confused now. :'(

I wouldn't mind having dubs too, but my priorities go for uncensored/unedited version.
Well, since I am archiving it, I wouldn't mind keeping more than one version. (I already have some series of which I have kept two versions.
For dub version I would guess I would have to go with Anime-Anarchy/Anime-Supreme/TCL(their encodes aren't that bad I suppose). Ahhh....

P.S: Tiffany, you got a PM :)

EDIT: Confirmed that BD/DVD are UNEDITED. Going with SFW-Chihiro for now. Hmm, need to do some comparison for AA/AS/TCL to find out which dual-audio release to get (they too are unedited).

I haven't seen the sub, only the dub but I liked it. I liked the voice acting for the princess quite a bit.

The uncensored dub is on Netflix FYI but that won't do you any good if you want to archive it.

Ain't gonna try to convince you to get the real audio instead of the dub (Nakamura Yuuichi et al. do a really nice job), but at least listen to DmonHiro and have a look at the manga. It's way, way better than the (OK) anime. At least in that way it's similar to RtV  ;D
