Basically the same mp3 style format. Drag and drop, higher file recognition, and then it autosorts via album, artist etc. (Keeping proper tags make the pmp even better).

No playlist function like the ipod, but there's the favourites and bookmarks part you can use. But yeah, everything about this pmp is drag and drop.

Samsung p3 has a nicer interface imo (but the cowon's one can be modded, just need to wait for a good mod). The Sony one... wow... pure eye candy. Pure price too... (My cousin is still buying that sony though. Hatred for ipods, and not impressed with the p3 and s9 can do that)

Do you know a program that you can use to tag files? The only way I was doing it was through itunes with my mp3 files, but I don't have a way to do that with my flac files and my ogg files.

From what I have heard, cowon s9 has something called Jetaudio which supposedly has that function.

But you need to ask the others who actually take time to do this and find the program's name. It was stated in the old cowon s9 thread, I just don't remember what the program was called. (I think jetaudio might be s9 only, but not sure. You might be able to use it without the s9)

Got the zune and personally can't stand it. I love the space it provides (( though this item you show could use more! )) I hate that you have to use their program to upload to it. I have alot of issues with the stupid program which might be why I hate it so much. I use alot of Audio books which all look simular to the program so it ends up pruning alot of the files. also naming issues with the zune program. Where it names the file something different than it is!! Gah! It is frustrating!! I just wish it were drag and drop and that is it. I can't stand these players that force you to use their software to sync your mp3 players! Freaking anoying

That is the thing that kicks the Zunes ass the most, is the software. Right now all I want is someone to crack/hack the the zune to make a new firmware that gives you the virtual hard drive setup for drag and drop.
