Im looking forward for the new zune. I have the first 30GB zune and I loved it. My ex wanted a MP3 player so badly I gave it to her because well Im a nice person. She lost the USB cord and now I cant charge it. After we broke up I asked for it back and she gave it me. It never work ever since :(

I going to wait though on the Zune HD. I want to see if they will release a 80 or 100 gig  version. 32 gig is way too small since my music collection is over 90gigs.

100gb is impossible. Most of the new music players (including the zune HD) use flash memory.

250GB Is possible if the Zune has the right interface.  It would just be ridiculously expensive.

I think it's possible with the old one... There should be youtube guides on how to do it too.

That is an easier replacement, go look at LCDs and find one the right size and contrast ratio, after that get to hard modding the new screen in. I've already done this with my friends, I found a sharp glass one and did it, used a guide off of a forum, if you choose to go that route I could find it for you, or find a more up to date one for you if need be.
