Laputa Castle in the Sky - translate a couple of Kanji, please

Could, someone, please translate Kanji text below:

It's from Laputa, Castle in the Sky bonus CD Tatsuya Ishii, which is offered by creamstar for inclusion with Ghibli Music Collection. There are two tracks. I am almost sure the second one is Kimo wo Nosete, is it so? and what is the first track?
