Small help with Wordpress

This is probably nothing, it should be nothing.

On the front page of the blog -- http://www.otakixus.com/blog/ -- You can see how every post is not compressed or cut in half and says "read more" or something; in which you have to click the link to expand the post.

Now when you click on any of the pages up above, it shrinks all the posts by only viewing a certain amount of content; couple of sentences and then it says "read more" so you have to click the link. How do I get rid of that? I tried to look for a plugin'. I want all pages to be readable without that restriction -- every post to be viewed.

This would be a template thing — you'll need to go into your theme folder or use the theme editor and edit the code in "archive.php", using these template functions.
