They all definitely have their specialties, though I will say the people that work on the back-end definitely deserve a lot of credit. I don't know if that is only Jarudin or if there is more back there, but from being a web-master of a forum I understand that there is more to it then meets the eye. With also having to manage the front-page and the tracker I give mad props. But still I always love teasing the staff on forums (not to mention I have been banned from a couple for doing so.)
I find that Karma does get me on that note, also I have been in a staff seat on a few forums where I get teased a lot, but the best part is I find it more of a fun challenge then a curse. I love people who can jest and try to find my limits, or find those certain subjects that I will be protective over. It keeps me on my toes when it comes to how to respond also since I have to act as an example rather then as the crowd. I will say I find it funner being the receiver though it takes a lot more contemplating on how to respond without causing overtly amounts of ruckus. Even more so when it comes to topics you are touchy about.
Also I will have to give the Staff props for dealing with idiots, a wads, and jesters as they have to, for you know with every big community they have to deal with their fair share.
