What do you use or thinking of using?

Is there one that you can upload anime on without having trouble, like Megaupload?

I just payed for my own site. The most freedom and tons of cheap plans out there. The best option, I think. If you're short on cash, though, Mediafire is nice (even though it has a small max filesize).

Websites don't allow you to store files privately. That's what I meant. I already have a website if you check my signature at the bottom.

Huh? Sure you can. Just stick up a password protected folder or subdomain, or, if you really want to be secure, set up a folder that you can only access via FTP. Does your host have cpanel? If they do, it's super easy to set up.

Just set up a cheap VPS and use a free FTP program. You might need to purchase extra storage space though because web hosting doesn't usually need or have provided more than 3GB. If you store the files outside of the public_html folder, they can't be accessed over the web.
