Bakuten Shoot Beyblade V-Force & G Revolution

I have Beyblade Season 2 and 3 in english Dub. But both have been ripped off tv, so don't expect HD quality. V-Force was ripped off, I think Y-TV or CW, and G Revolution seems to be ripped off Toonami some time ago.  I heard some people wanted season 2 and 3 but not a German Dub. This is not the best, but I watched this on VLC player and looks and plays fine to me.

Oops, I didn't see all the way at the bottom. I thought it was available for upload did not see "Otherwise Involved" down at the bottom.  Good thing I wanted to make sure.
But wait, than why is the first season of Beyblade on BakaBT.

And I checked ANN and it seems that it is it is licensed and Dubbed by Nelvana. Than Season one of Beyblade should never be on BakaBt if the distributor is by Funimation.

Funimation only sends out C&Ds for licenses it owns, a point that many (including myself) have missed.

This might be a stupid and noobie question, but what are C&Ds short for?
