I'm not really that surprised since this company has been silent in the last few years.

Wonder what will happen with the blacklist when the new companies, owned by the same people take over. A few titles are bound to be dropped in the transfer, but mostly no change I guess.

So basically, it's like a fansub group dropping a series and then continuing to sub it under a different name. More of a corporate restructuring than a complete shutdown.
