I'm a little confused on whether or not this can be offered on Bakabt. Under the blacklisted, it does not show up as one that can't be offered. But when I go to the ANN page, under ADV Films, it says that they licensed it.

Could some one help clarify whether it can be offered or not?

well if ANN shows that its licensed, then it is licensed by ADV.
what I heard that DNU list is little old and hasnt been updated much..

He linked to the Wiki-Blacklist so it isn't outdated. Probably the mods forgot to add it to the list.

You'll notice that it magically appeared on the blacklist after the OP pointed out that it wasn't on there.

It isn't licensed by ADV Films anymore. Digiview Entertainment has had the rights since somewhere in 2005.

actually.. uhm.. it seems all of it are released in english dub.. i'm currently downloading teh series, s2 is near completion, i've tried watching one episode..and f*** it was eng dub, not good quality either..so i wonder if its even possible to be up in BBT.. besides.. its rip from FOX KIDS TV.. so.. i dunno.. i've just only tested one ep of s2..maybe the others are not.. so you just decide.. even if i can finish download all 3 season, i have to be a power user first.. it'll take much more time :'(

PS.. the opening theme is an epic wreck.. >_<

EDIT: season 2 is finished, season 1's still in 50% before completion.. and yeah season 2 is also released in english dub.. no japanese audio or even subs..just dubbed.
