Uh yeah. Microsoft got into lawsuits because of that stupid branding. Capable of running vista doesn't mean it will run it well.

no microsoft didnt, computer manufacturers did.
since they produced computers with stickers.

I think it's like this, Microsoft gave permission to let the manufactors place the stickers on the computers, but Microsoft is one the who got sued.
