2nd runner up would be the stripping uma fighter in Sumomomo Momomo.

Lol, as soon as I read the topic title I thought of this. Easily the best kissing scene in an anime ever. Those two are so good together.

I also think that's the best kiss out there.

Although I think Macross Frontier (click to show/hide)with Sheryl and Alto and the one from Haruhi (click to show/hide)you go kyon!are right up there.

Err... sexiest moment, right. I'm not sure :P I guess something from Rosario + Vampire or maybe Mnemosyne would have to be it for me. Plenty of sweet sexy moments happen in those.
