Four letters is hard, but if they're the right letters, those are all you need. In this case, the two vowels in the first word along with the M were enough.

I would like to (re)inform our top ranking members of the feature called "handicap" but with details this time.
handicap: when you successfully guess a title, if you are #1 ranking member and the gap between you and the 3rd ranking member is above 80 points, you will trigger the handicap, in this case points reduction for your win. The reduction in your points is relative to the size of the gap.
