The symbols -.~'´!: do not affect the correctness of your guess. They won't be visible on the board until the game is concluded either. Also you don't have to worry about the letter cases. As a result the following are identical:

Xam'd: Lost Memories
Xamd Lost Memories
xamd lost memories
