hey guys i was going through some of my series on the older HD and came across this. I kinda felt like giving it a watch soon but remembered that i have the crappy akimekun&chiiro for season 2

i was looking at ADB and wanted to double check something here

for season 1 the ayako&Bakawolf version is the only one that did DVD rips (uncut) right? Thats what i have but its only 400 rez =(

for season 2, i have the crappy Animekun&Chihiro dvd release. It was all that was avalible for uncut at the time from what i can tell. But i was looking at ADB and it seems that a group called Seto Otaku has done BD rips. Butt theres basically no info or rating for them. Im asuming these are uncut BD rips, but i was wondering what subs they use, if its their own or someone elses. Just about anything must be better than the giant blue font from teh chihiro release =P Has anyone given that group a look? is it worth snagging over the chihiro one?

They were done well. I still have them on my 2tb ext drive. I never had chihiro's version of this so I can't compare.

Personally I liked the show. But I have serious doubts you would like it. Most of your previous post about shows with excessive fanservice you complain and express your discontent about them. Giving you fair warning, this may not be your cup of tea.

so seto's probably the way to go then? I'll probalby hunt it down then.

As for ecchi; I dont mind it in a show where that seems to be the primary point. I hate it when its thrown excessivly and distractingly into a show where it takes away from the plot. Especially if its drawn poorly (HOTD)

This show looks like its whole point is an ecchi comedy with a bit of action. More importantly the art looks ok with chracters drawn half decent. Im not a  huge ecchi fan but i do enjoy watching one from time to time

Im not sure what other show i was complaining about the T&A other than High School of the dead btw. That show has it far too often, too intense and at inapropriate times. Plus its drawn poorly

hehe you pretty much hit it on the head. There is an actual story, but it's not a good enough story to make you give a shit about it over the visuals. I though it was a pretty good show. Not excellent or anything. But it's not a waste of time if you just want a nice distraction.

I just marathoned this series last week

Damn , the heck happened with season 2 anime compared to the manga plot.

Hope if there's any hope of season 3... stick with the original darker plot not some randomly singing bullshit

I do not think that they will continue it because of how far they went from the manga story. I kinda hope if it is ever revisited as an anime its either as a movie unrelated to the previous anime or a complete do over because they made tsukune to be 10 time more the little bitch in the anime.

If they want to do more anime, they'd have to restart, considering how they butchered the second season. One or two eps were watchable, and then as someone said, both series have excellent OP/ED. There's only one good way to enjoy Rosario to Vampire: read the manga; it's quite good and in contrast to the anime, gets better along the way...

Seems I archived Ayako-m.3.3.w for the second season; saw no reason to spend more time to DL something of higher quality for an anime of that caliber   ::)
