I just installed the new CCCP and no problems so far. I hope I won't regret later.

No need. Just uncheck Haali Media Splitter when installing. And when you finish, it should pop up a menu with which codecs you want active; uncheck the H.264 codec.

Just uncheck Haali Media Splitter when installing.

Because he's using CoreAVC or for what reason should he (or I) uncheck Haali Media Splitter? Well, I already installed the CCCP pack without uncheckig anything...

CoreAVC comes with Haali Media Splitter. I unchecked it so I could leave CoreAVC intact to do it's thing. It probably wouldn't do anything if you left it checked, but I didn't see any reason to have competing installs (and if you aren't using CoreAVC, you should leave it checked).

*high fives* there you go.

I've got a new problem, two new problems actually when I installed CoreAVC and some other shit, in which I shouldn't have. Now, when I play an anime the karaoke seems to lag like a mofo (it doesn't show the special affects, the text freezes there). The timing on the text is perfect, flawless and there is no complaining about lags or skips on the video. Just the karaoke part. It doesn't affect because that picks up on White Album's fade in and out THOUGHT text for characters (if you've seen it, you know what I mean by Thoughts). My other problem is that when I take snap shots the text doesn't appear on the snap shots anymore. Solutions? Anyone know of this?

Your first problem sounds similar to the one I had sometime before. Is in your VSFilter (Direct Vobsub) the box 'pre-buffer subscripts' checked? If so, uncheck and see if the animation of the subs for karaoke  returned. For your 2nd problem: Do you use the built-in function of MPC-HC? If nothing works -> Print and Paste^^ (I'm fine with screenshots without subs)

Just gonna uninstall everything, with Haali and all that shit and re-install CCCP the new one when I get home and check ALL the boxes, except Zoom Player. Gonna turn the buffer for Haali back to around 100 MB from 8MB. Would that affect it? Problem is that when it's on 8MB I can't play 1080p normally and some 720p would skip.

Uninstallling everything sounds like a good idea, though don't check ALL boxes, only h.264 as you want coreavc to do it for you. And generally you don't need to change any of the settings. I used to do that and ran into some problems, so just leave the settings as they were released.

1080p majorly, yes. The 720p, about 5-10% of the time yes. I fixed the problem by going to Haali Splitter options and shooting the buffer from 8MB to 998MB and it works like a charm. I can skip from any timeline withou 0 second lag to 1 second lag. The videos load in like a half second when I double click on them (pretty damn sweet, huh?).

My guess would be because it wasn't popular. I always installed Media Player Classic, but if you liked it then you can always just install it beside the CCCP install.

EDIT: While LordRhino says GTFO, I say YES. I felt it was about time it happened with Zoom Player.

Awesome! I can understand on not including Zoom Player because virtually nobody used it, and all it did was add bloat to the installation. I'm fine with it being gone. Anyway, very excited to finally get some Windows 7 fixes. Works great.
