Seedbox host suggestions?

Hey all, I still can't figure out why I can't connect to the site without using a proxy.  The wiki says that even if Im banned that I should be able to ping it or view the main page.  (im not banned, I've made sure to keep a level ratio)

Anyway after switching my DNS and checking with my ISP to see if anything was blocked, it still isn't working.  So long story short, I've decided to give up and do my bakabt torrenting through a seedbox since even if I could connect I'd like to get some faster speeds than I've been getting.  Been dicking around with the idea of signing up for one for awhile now.

After searching through the forums I've found that the popular choices seem to be seedcafe, torrentswift and seedboxhosting.  Right now I'm sort of leaning towards seedboxhosting but I notice in their FAQ that it says that they don't allow you to use them with public trackers.  Has anyone used them successfully here?

Also can anyone give me any recommendations from these 3 or others that aren't on my list?

Thanks Takeshi, it looks pretty good except I'm more leaning towards something that has unmetered bandwidth.   Then again paying about $7.85 CDN for 100 GB isn't a bad deal considering it's only counted for upload...

I'll roll it around a bit and see how my budget is :)  Thanks!
