i can't connect to like to really any peers

so i try to seed to people using torrents like major s1 or major s2. But on the tracker list, the dht, local peer discovery and peer exchange is not allow. im using utorrent 1.8.4 and i enable peers discovery, peer exchange, etc. For downloading torrents, those are allow though. Does anyone know why this happen and how i can solve this problem.

They are not allowed, it is a .torrent file setting that is forced on this site. Only way to get peers is through the tracker.

It is not a problem, so you should not try to fix it.  If you seed to peers through other trackers, we cannot count that upload towards your account.

The files you download from AnimeSuki for example can be seeded here if you download the .torrent-file provided by BBT and if the files have the exact names. Normally a hash check takes place to check if you have the same files. If not your torrent client starts to download the missing files. That's why it's necessary to have the same files (name and hash).

You obtain the files from there, remove the .torrent from your client, download the matching .torrent here, and use the files from there to seed here.
