Was Looking for Tsukihime [AXP]
« on: September 13, 2009, 09:05:20 PM »
Me and another guy are looking for AXP's  release of Tsukihime. I do not really
see a point of having it uploaded here, but if someone know of a complete
source somewhere it would be great if you could let me know.

Or if someone is sitting on the release, extracting the subtitles and uploading
them somewhere would be almost as good.

Already sitting on a torrent, only one we found, but it has been stuck on ~70%
for a long while and there is little hope for it to ever be completed.

Why not grab the one existing here?

It's already on the site.
And this one has a better Anidb score.

Not to mention, E-D did vobsubs and .srt, so AXP's subtitles wouldn't be noticeably different.

I have four releases already, including the ones on bakabt.

Not to mention, E-D did vobsubs and .srt, so AXP's subtitles wouldn't be noticeably different.

Apparently there is a difference between the subtitles' translation. Enough to be noticed. But since I do not have the
AXP release I am unable to verify it.

I am not requesting an upload. Only looking for a source or for a kind soul who can extract
the subtitles from their release of AXP.

Thank you for the input so far.

I did not think it fit into that description. But I do not mind if this topic is moved. I apologize if this was supposed to
have been posted elsewhere.

Feel free to extract and remove the english audio track from the AXP release if you can
provide with a source.

May I ask what is wrong with going to animexplosion's website to get it? Or is that the one that's stuck at 70%?

(I see a seed there on their listed file....)

most sites have very high leecher to seeder ratio or no seeders as a matter of fact but i did manage to find somewhere with a ok-ish  ratio
link is here => http://www.bushtorrent.com/torrents/161050/Shingetsutan%20Tsukihime%20[AXP]%20[Dual-Audio]/

EDIT: full link is not coming up as link so best thing to do is copy and paste entire thing into browser

Umm... AFAIK, posting such links is against the rules. You're better off PMing the OP instead.

Nothing wrong at the moment, since a seed joined about 36 hours ago. So it has moved a couple of percentages.
I couldn't get the torrent link on their site to work, but I am assuming it is the same. Since you can find the
.torrent file I am using on several torrent indexes.

In my last post I was just telling the guy he was not being constructive.

No point in posting just to say I have found a complete source before I actually have finished downloading
from a complete source. If nothing changes it will be finished in a few weeks, wich is all good.

Interesting, I didn't think AXP did any independent translation or R1-subtitle editing. If you do find any differences between AXP and E-D/a4e/etc., post about it here or on AniDB or something.
