To Love-RU DVD encodes muxed with Chihiro subs (so to speak...)

As some know, I've been offering unrequested assistance in getting releases by Polished subs some extra recognition by offering some of their recently completed projects.

Anyway, their recent project of "To Love-RU DVD encodes muxed with Chihiro subs" is the primary topic here... which is why I made it the thread title because I figured if certain individuals viewed it and thus felt *RAGE*, then I might get pointed in the right direction easier (eg. "not that !#$%^&*()'ing To Love-Ru DVD topic/question again!!@!!!~11!).

So... I've been considering offering this Polished project to get a torrent going but after viewing a thread elsewhere on the forums (http://forums.bakabt.me/index.php?topic=17957.0) which even had to do with "To Love-Ru DVD" - stated along the lines of what I gather to mean:

'any group (in this case Chihiro) who is currently working on their own DVD release won't be accepted by other subbers/encoders that have just muxed the subs onto misc. DVD encodes.'

I'm not sure if I'm understanding this accurately, but could anyone who knows what I'm getting at clear this up for me?

I'm the leader from Chihiro. We have been/still are planning to do DVDs if someone steps up and offers to give them all a good TLC/QC. But the only one that offered on here ran away.

Essentially:
Original group doing DVD versions is preferred over another group that just takes the original group's subs and muxes it into a DVD raw.

Since Chihiro is working on it, we'll take their DVD versions when they finish.

I'm not too sure about the TLC/QC Polished-Subs has given it, but it's labeled as "messy".
So rather than put any more time into an offer, I figured I'd make sure it was worth the effort first.

Kristen: I'll do it after K52. But I've seen no progress on K52, so I haven't done any after episode 2 yet.
