I'd recommend the Automatic Wallpaper Changer - AWC works fine under XP and Vista (32Bit) and has a lot of options plus a clever "overscan" mode.

Edit: Apparently this has become shareware now, so if you want to enjoy the full version, just use this older setup for 3.0.8 which is still freeware:

Thanks a lot Daedalos. That program is awesome. It stretches images so nicely. No more blurriness (at least with the wallpaper I'm looking now at xD).

Which "Stretching method" are you using?
I'm currently using "Lanczos" which is a bit sharper than "Bilinear" und "Worst fit" for Streching.
