I knew that part, I just didn't know which one it was. I have used GNOME, KDE and XFce and I didn't notice that one. I may have to look into giving Mint a chance, well at least there desktop environment if nothing else.

That's Linux Mint 7 "Gloria", KDE 4.2.4 Desktop Environment...
It's built on Ubuntu 9.04. I love it because all the media environment is pre-setup - so aside SMplayer which I have to apt-get I can watch stuff while tweaking it :3
