doesn't make much sense with the "ittene" part attached, as it's awkward phrasing, but "site" or, "suru" in the... i think you'd call it infinitive form, is "to do", "ittene" is basically like, "go", it's "infinitive" form being "iku" or, "to go"
add it all up, (assuming you know that yukkuri means slow), it literally translates... I guess, into "slow, do go" or if rephrased to make sense, go do it slow (go take it easy if further normalized) x.x
ゆっくりしていってね is... well, you know, the nearly viral... idk, phrase? "yukkuri shiteittene" (take it easy) x.x
