Facebook and such blacked out for paranoia.

And, a question: I've got a 1024x768 monitor hooked up to a laptop with a 1366x768 screen. And all of my wallpapers are cropped and resiszed to 1366x768, so when they display on my monitor, I lose the 342 pixels on the sides. Does anyone know of a program I can use to make my wallpapers display normally on my laptop, but fit vertically with letterboxing on my monitor? Thanks.
