As for Mrdkreka's, it looks kinda like Kazumiya Rio from the anime Sora no Woto. Not sure if I'm right though.

do you know what the app or program in the bottom left above the task bar is called that shows the ram/cpu/disk info?

It's a Rainmeter skin. Called uhm...Enigma maybe. I'm not sure, there's tons of similar ones though.
