you weren't watching carefully, yo uwere just cheering Inami and Takanashi to make out, she was present in almost all episodes, and l'm not talking about OP/ED, she just didn't do anything else than serving customers or handling the cashier position.

well they did acomplish something, inami advanced from just a vicious beast and got promoted to a cute vicious dog, give em some more time and the ywill make out eventualy, Takanashi already thought about her as a good girl, thats improvement.

I kinda hoped that Inami's development would progress a bit faster. Instead, it seems to have gone up and down – the only times she's not afraid to get close to Souta is when she's scared. Why she hasn't put 2+2 together then is a mystery to me, though...

And the poor guy tried to hard too deny that he had feelings for her and ended up insulting her (though he gave her the ultimate praise as well, so her mind got stuck on that).

I do hope this show won't end here. The DVD are hot items, so it shouldn't be too much trouble to make a second season, right?

I'm not normally a fan of shows that don't go anywhere, esspecially with the whole Inami situation, in the end very little changed, so if they do make a second season I hope they have something more in mind then a few random jokes.

I wouldn't expect a lot of depth from this show, it WAS adopted from a 4-koma, afterall.

Though it will be interesting to see if a second season can be interesting with all the main characters introduced now. All they have is the character gimmicky traits to exploit if they don't develop Takanashi x Inami.

Azumanga Daioh was based on mini manga stripes in newspapers, and it was a huge success, god damn, this show requires an S2 !

Yeah, but AD didn't have a real central storyline, either.

(I'm not knocking AD, I loved it too, btw.)

yeah but we got used to watching anime with plots, there are very few anime shows without real plot and making it hilalriously great ;]

what made it worse in my opinion wasnt exactly the lack of plot, but the build up with the Inami situation then having no real finale.
perhaps I am setting the bar too high, but meh.

That is correct! Either they had left out the romance part or made like Hayate no Gotoku. But let's hope for a second season now that they have finally revealed Matsumoto's character! (Another way to get a second season xD)

yes it is over, and it ended in a horrible way too. I wanted to punch someone after seeing the last ep.

I will however admit that there was some funny shit along the way i guess.

I have a 5x5x5. . .that one I cant solve. . .I need to buy another one tho. . .I got this 5 dlls one from ebay... chinese. . .not buying that again. . .it broke and I had to reasemble it. . .I have to move it with delicacy. . .not like the original 3x3x3 that cost me 20 dlls. . .that one gets thrown all the time and its still alive and kicking

l can send them a hamburger on a loli to get them to start doing the S2, they introduced a "normal" person in Wagnaria, it was scary, a normal person there doesn't really fit in, l'm gonna nag them about doing the S2 untill they send cops my way XD
