She's obsessed with being normal, to the point where any mistakes she makes is seen by her as a flaw. She doesn't realize that the extreme behavior she displays is not that much unlike that of the others.
Yeah, she's more 'normal' compared to the others, but she's not truly 'normal' (Geez, hope that makes any sense).

makes sense to me at least, and thast why l wrote it as "normal"
cuz really, normal ppl don't fit there, funny thing she actually knows that teh crew is not normal at all,
l mean, a girl that punches guys, a girl that walks around with a Katana, a menager tha tdoes nothing but eat or harras customers that don't pay, a co-worker girl tha tsleeps on the attic and is OBVIOUSLY NOT NORMAL !, 2 kitchen employees from one is smoking on non-smoking areas and is in a "fuck off man" mood most of the time and is teasing the smallest to feel better (l think she actualy likes it when hes messing with her hair) and a guy who is an escapeee from CIA, who has finaly shown weakness to Yamada (he's the true lolicon l tell you ! hes in love with little Yamada, well not little but way too young) and finaly the owner of the store that is on the lookout for his wife and can't return without souveneers, of wich one was a lone girl ...
so yeah, ppl working in Wagnaria can't be normal, l'm surprised they still get customers.
oh and l didn't mention Takanashi cuz he pretty much is normal, putting aside his fetish about small things, and training Inami like a dog (Cute Vicious Dog)
and that girl shown and introduced in the last ep, shes normal alright, no one normal would work there really ...........

Finished Working.
I must admit, I really expected a conclusion within one season. The way it ended, nothing was resolved, so there's not really much to comment on. Overall good series, though it really seemed like they didn't know which direction to take it in. Hope it sold enough to warrant second season.
Oh, and Yamada's ridiculously cute.
