yet another haruhi order question?!!

If you're going to watch all of it, I'd personally recommend the aired order, as I enjoyed the confusion around that. As for season two, you can really just skip 7 of the episodes after you've seen the first endless eight, unless you're really stubborn and absolutely want to force yourself to watch it as the studio wanted you to watch it.

If you find you don't like it much, all you really need to watch would be those episodes in the first season entitled The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya part 1-6.
