Shin-Chan's Creator dies

Shin-Chan's Creator Yoshito Usui was found at the bottom of a mountain dead from an apparent accidental fall.

I for one will be pretty sad since I thoroughly enjoyed Shin-Chan while it was on Cartoon Network

Same here. The dubbed was especially well done. I miss it being on the rotation :(

I remember reading the manga as a kid....even though it wasn't meant for kids. Shin-chan seem to have enjoyed great dubbing and translation, the korean version of the manga was really hilarious. I can still remember my self laughing my ass off of it.

this thread would be nice if meant as a memorial, not post-it.

Rest well, Yoshito Usui.
