I noticed that the Doujinshi Database has some dakimakura listed in there.  I guess the admins over there really do literally interpret "doujinshi" to mean fan-made items (excepting doujin music) instead of limiting it to just books.  If you are looking for names of circles that make dakimakura designs, then looking up daki's in the Doujinshi Database may give you some additional source ideas.  Some dakimakura listed in that database are:
