I don't know if Disney is on the do not upload list or not, but the English dub dvd/bluray isn't even out yet.

If someone were to upload Dub Ponyo now it would just be a really crappy video someone snuck into the theater with them.
I've watched both the original and the English dub and not much was changed except for that horrible 'remix' they sing during the credits. Adding that song was such a bad decision I hope the one who thought it up has been fired.

Ponyo BDs and DVD are not yet out. Wait for Disney to release those, hopefully by December.
