I want a good forum, maybe even similiar to this one.

I need to know which is the best forum to get? How I implement it on to the site?

I need a place for people to request reviews you see.

Use this one maybe?

http://www.phpbb.com

Ask on their website for help.

Here are a few tips that might be handy:

remake the banner so its larger in width.
maybe make your buttons rollovers.
remove the hyperlink on your review index as your banner brings you to your homepage.
make your images a direct link so when you click on it, it doesnt go to another page.

Implementing a forum is relatively easy, just make sure your host supports (most do) MySQL etc. that is needed to run it.
Just download the software from http://www.phpbb.com of http://www.simplemachines.org/ or similar, unpack, upload and follow step by step install guide...

What host provider do you have? I pay about 80 dollars a month and I get everything unlimited with full features on my website.

I recommend phpbb. It is relatively easy to install, really easy to modify (always back up before doing so), and supposedly MODs are getting easier to install.
