Just finished episode 24, fight on the freeway's pretty epic.  End of the season tho, watched the Ayako version, at the end they said 'see you next season', not sure if that was from ppl at Ayako or it was from the show and they translated that part too.

Now off to finish Index, up to ep 14 atm

Dam this is a pretty long spinoff, is this a second season in disguise or they are they really leaving out any major season 1 plot points?
Did you know Satan was supposedly gods RIGHT HAND MAN, not his left. Blows your theory out of the water now doesn't it.

Epic conclusion to a very entertaining show.

We finally get to see Mikoto at her best, proving that she is the one and only Railgun.

Uiharu's hints to tip off Saten were clever. Apparently, Telestina didn't expect there to a regular human in their team (besides Kiyama).

Kongou's power is fascinating. Too bad it took so long for us to see it in action.

this is more like a side story to the original season, after all, in season one ("To Aru Majitsu no Index") misaka wasn't a very often guest, as l understand it, this is answering what was Misaka doing when not having screen time in index.

I seriously thought it was going to be some sort of big let down, but it proved otherwise.

Finished watching Index a few hours after Railgun last night, now I'm wondering what the timeline was, is Railgun after Index or do they overlap

It runs parallel but looks like it ends some time before Touma runs into the sisters.  I'm also pretty sure

they run starting at different times, but Railgun ends like the above says, sometime before Touma meets sisters, the event by Misaka performance is what made her suspicious later in index, the two shows run in seperate timelapse but they go around much differently.

how to explain, while railgun goes the events in index are also going slowly, thing is, the huge time lapse passed in Railgun is much smaller than in index.

I found it to be a pretty solid series, even better than Index. I am a bit disappointed though. I really wanted there to be a big arc of Accelerator and Last Order :(

Yes, without the sisters or the last order, this seems a bit incomplete.

Accelerator & Last Order were in Index, why would you want to see the same story multiple times?

well it would be interesting, since those stories were interesting, but Railgun takes place a bit long before sisters arc so this ending was good.

and it wasn't cain > DBZ BEAM

Hmmm, I was actually watching both series somewhat in order to the timeline by chance, I didn't even know of Index till about a month ago.  I didn't realize it at the time so it didn't change anything, but I bet some moments would've 'clicked' and I'd be like 'sweet'

I found it to be a pretty solid series, even better than Index. I am a bit disappointed though. I really wanted there to be a big arc of Accelerator and Last Order :(

I enjoyed Railgun much more than Index, found Touma to be pretty boring as the main, really just watched Index for more Misaka

Accelerator & Last Order were in Index, why would you want to see the same story multiple times?

They probably don't mean they want to see the same story again, more likely follow up/cameo.  But people rewatch a series sometimes, so there are definitely people out there that would want to see the same story multiple times

On a side note, just remembered Uiharu's power, ouch lol
