Yup, I love Uiharu, haven't seen her 'ability' yet, but I gather it has something to do with plant/flowers.
Give the girl her due though, she seems to be a whiz with computers.

Railgun game for the PSP coming in 8 days, bitches.
Says "Talk adventure game" though, which implies a VN styled game, I'd assume. Oh man, this is going to be awesome
