I wish I could afford a car full stop!
I can say that I haven't had to ask my parents for any money in the year since I moved however, and they're holding £500 of my own money just in case I do hit financial crisis.
I would like a car to satisfy one of my other pet hates however, people parking in front of your house. There is a guy who likes across the road who parks his big van right in front of our window. I'd love to be able to stop him

Yeah no kidding. I decided not to bother with driving a car though I renewed my license recently. Gas on top of insurance is too much for a my wallet; college turned it to Swiss cheese :(.

I don't have any friends like that. Instead I have a few incredibly well off friends that don't know what to do with their lives. Their lives are so good at the moment that they have no drive to improve it.

Get some caltrops or a spike strip and put it in the spot :D. Is it one of those large, white, windowless, generic rapist vans?

Lol, it is but it does say what the guy does no the side. Highway Maintenance. Its only a small street and he takes half of the damned thing up with it!
Another pet peeve, people who talk like they're gangsta or something all the time. And continuously pepper their speech with f'this : /

What is a highway maintenance van doing in a neighborhood road? Shouldn't it be off maintaining highways xD?
No kidding, I hate guys who pop their collar and say "bro" or "bra" all the time. Well, I don't hate them, I just find their appearance extremely irritating.
