Very strange .. both torrents work fine here.

Try opening them straight from your browser.

@major9686 : a remote possibility, but I think you are storing your torrent files in a folder that utorrent client is not allowed to read.

[edit] or running utorrent with access rights different that the user your are logged in

now I don't know win7 but, can you run utorrent with administrative priviledges (run as)

[edit] if the above does not mean anything for you, as a test, use utorrents "add torrent from url" function but be aware that bakabt torrent files are prefixed, they might loose the prefix when you use this feature.
