Unable to load 'somefilename.torrent': Invalid torrent file

and what exactly does it matter? - it's still easier if you have saved the torrents on a location of your choice (like the backup drive).
and opening the .torrent directly doesn't really help with his problem either - focus on that.

I've had problems before with too many directories. I don't remember what the error said, but it was something to the effect of 'path name too long'.  It's worth a shot to try again having it go straight to your desktop.

Open the .torrent with a text-editor and see what's in it.

Sorry it took me a while to reply :(

Ive tried both methods .. saving the *.torrent and then opening .. and opening directly from the browser ..
I also tried chaging the name of the *.torrent file itself but it didnt work ..

files for example are :

which give me the same error ..
