I can't seed (at all)

I'm having a similar problem. I can't seed on one of my active torrents, but the other one seems to do ok, or at least it shows my share ratio. The one that wont seed doesn't even show my ratio, and it says I'm connected to at least 1 peer. Its been doing this for the past 3 days now.

There are ALOT of cable ISPs that block Torrent traffic. Depending on where in the world you live and what provider you have.

It will tell you the details of your ISP. Mine for example does block seeding (Via traffic shaping) I turned on Utorrents built in encryption, and I keep my upload speed down, and while it may take me forever to seed, I still keep under the radar.
