Mashumaro, Higure-Rumbel, Kami seems like good groups who've done a good job according to comments.

TW-SHS did 1-6.
SHS-FoSu did 7-89.
Higure-Rumbel did 90-105.
Mashumaro from 106-119.
Kyuubi did 110-122 (only group who did 120-122).
Kami did 123-131.
HorribleSubs from 132, I believe.

Other than Kyuubi, I don't think the other releases are bad. But I haven't seen the episodes so can't comment personally...
