Regarding Arc the Lad (AniDB), the powers that be decided to allow this series on BakaBT, which I applaud.

Now, with regard to dual-audio it seems that the Exiled-Destiny release is the best option, aside from that it offers better video/audio quality than the current Psychlo-Anime release.

Myself I have the Anime-Xtreme dual audio release, but I wouldn't mind switching to E-D, has anyone got this lying around?

The E-D's version is indeed the best possible choice. It has both audio tracks encoded to ac3 and higher video bitrate than the rest. So I'd very happy to see it here.

Not to mention it includes both subtitle tracks. If you're watching in English, you need the secondary track for the new ED that plays over the end of episode 13 in order to get the full emotional effect. But just fyi, there is no secondary track for eps 1-12 because the OP is instrumental, the ED is in English, and there's no onscreen Japanese text.

The only dual-audio version I have is a4e's, but (1) it's .ogm (2) I can't upload it (3) I don't really want to upload it or track down E-D's because I have the DVDs.

I could get this myself, but I'm still hoping that someone else has it already (IRC doesn't like me atm, bit of a hassle).
But this request is still young.

Edit: if someone is planning to do something with this, please let it know, otherwise I'll try my luck on IRC, even with the disconnects...
