l knew about chihiro doing this from the start, a premonition ;) ,l'm reluctant to SFW, theyt aren't bad, but not impressive, well, l'll have to see how it turns out
about Kämpfer | SFW they picked up quite a bit so l hope it won't affect their works with FT, l think they should focus more on one than doing 2 at a time.

Don't bother listing them. Half of those you listed will be gone once Crunchyroll officially announces they'll stream this.

Do they acquire the license or just the rights to distribute the videos on their website?

The two are synonymous. If you have the "right to distribute on your website", you have a license that is exclusive to the web.
