5 Centimeters Per Second
shabutie:
All the stories really have a big draw, but I think I like the second one best.

Damnit... now I wanna watch it again...

Great thing about this movie is it's an hour long movie, an hour and five minutes to be exact.
(click to show/hide)Maybe ... maybe if he kept visiting her then things wouldn't have ended the way it did.
But it wasn't his fault ... I want to blame her so badly, I have no idea why she has giving in. There are people like that and it somewhat pisses me off, but what can you do about it? Nothing at all ...
There are people who actually have complete devotions and are able to wait for years, some want to just take it to an eternity (which is not possible since death exists, but ... in the afterlife ... ).

(click to show/hide)She lost all hope when he moved away again, they couldn't see eachother again because he was living way too far, and l think she did resist her parents with that arranged marriage but after a while when she lost hope she gave in, l don't blame her or him, l blame their parents for not considering their childrens future and feelings, and being selfish.
Tatsujin:
@Havoc, I somewhat agree. But we would probably never know.
I'm re-watching this ... again, just came back from work.
Slykester:
Why do people keep coming up with conclusions? Like a tendency to fill in the blanks to make the story suit your mentality.
Perhaps if someone could explain this, I would reconsider watching it. Is that the point? Are you supposed to fill in the blanks and draw conclusions?
As it stands, my impression if this movie is pretty low. Perhaps that is my fault for not thinking outside of what is immediately presented.
