It's actually Fuuko, but since Eclipse put it as "Fuko" it's a very forgivable mistake. :)
(Before anyone says it doesn't make a difference, it changes the meaning of her name)
[Kanji(Character with Sound and Meaning)] = [Hiragana(Character only representing sound)] = [Romaji(How we would sound out the Hiragana)] = [Meaning of the Kanji]
風 = ふう = Fuu = Wind
子 = こ = ko = Child
Fu = ふ = Many things, but a couple for example...
... 父 = Father
... 負 = To lose
... 夫 = Husband
Learn something every day!
