Club sandwich (all out) or something a tad simpler like sandwiches with ham, cheese, salad and tomatoes), a bowl of yogurt with bran and apple, banana and orange or any other fruit that's in season. Add lots of tea. If I'm in a hurry though, I just make some hot bread with melted cheese and ham/bacon. I never skip breakfast if I can help it.
My adage is: breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, sup like a pauper. Works for me.
