Fixed version of APEX Tenchi in Tokyo
Nazo:
It seems that decimus28UMO was nice enough to provide fixed extracted subtitles in the comments for APEX's Tenchi in Tokyo that we have here. Now, I'm just looking for someone to actually do the work of muxing in the .srts and update the torrent for everyone's benefit...

I looked into this and tried it out with episode 1: it seems to have worked. Will do some further tests with other eps though to be sure.
What I did was:
-Used OGMDemuxer to extract the different streams from the .ogm container
-Replaced faulty .srt file with corrected one
-Used mkvmerge GUI to mux the streams into a .mkv container
But to be sure: this is what's wanted? It does mean creating new files after all.
Setting English as default audio track would be preferred I take it?
Edit: I could make episode 6 (has the most issues) available for download so you can check it, just let me know.
Nazo:
If it was just a straight conversion to .mkv I wouldn't have gone for it. But considering how it seems that there are issues with the torrent, then I'm fine with that. I've wanted to watch this (for completion's sake) for a while...
Also, I don't really care about which audio track is set as default. I'll be using the Japanese track, but I'm not going to care which one you set.

Well, perhaps other people do. I myself don't care either to be truthful (I override those settings), but hey... ;)
Should I wait for another staff member to comment?
Xiong Chiamiov:
Generally, those who download dual-audio releases watch the English dub. So, English audio and signs-only subtitles (if they exist) for defaults. They're easily overrideable anyways.
