Rozzly:
Believe it or not, I had this problem myself. Although I originally blamed CxDVD, I soon found out that I wasn't able to burn anything.

Long story short, I found out my SATA cable went bad... two days after ordering a new 24x dvd burner..

Onoz:
Sometimes you can try just re-inserting the same disc if your error comes a little too early, but +1 for Mikan's recommendation. In terms of a less complicated solution to your problem I've found this is best as well.

But you could also just be using bad media...
Although I've never had a problem with convert writing over damaged sectors

Gyrados:
Ok fixed it... I downloaded a diff version, uninstalled previous and it worked perfectly... Thanks guys!
