I just selected all of the ones from the same animes and named them the same thing.  (For example, Shit-drag over all the Ghost in the Shell ones, or Crtl-Click the individual ones, pick one and right click it -> Rename.  Then windows names them all the same but with (X) after everyone past the first...  It's a life saver  :D)

I plan on doing it a bit different, I make things hard on myself normally...
Now my bigger problem is getting the series I don't know organized, though with google anidb and ect. I am slowly getting there. Though I also have a nice big folder of ecchi I have to organize also... (part of the reason I plan to do the naming different)

Ah, makes sense.  I deleted most of the ecchi ones cause I'm not too big on having those as my background.

But for now, I threw all the ones I don't know in a folder named "Unsorted" XD

I have mine in a folder named "zz Ungrouped" lol the ecchi folder sits in there also. Though I will have to go threw that and delete the pointless stuff since when I did my first run threw of that thing I saw a crap load of pictures that annoyed the shit out of me. I did it that way to make it end up in the last spot, as I stuck 0Screens for the folder I save screenshots too from anime when I take them.
