Personally I would totally build cho 4 warmog + speed boots + atmas

Are you deaf as well as blind, woman? I'm not a carpet to walk over and I
distinctly heard myself speak. If I pinch your bottom, you can slap my face, but until I do, I expect a civil word for a civil word!

I'd have destroyed your nexus by the time you have the money to have that build.

Yeah riot needs to do something about him.  They need to nerf his damage because he shouldn't be allowed to be as tanky as he is and still dish out top tier sustained AP carry damage.

Honestly, though, you should learn all 5 roles.  Most people who play ranked can only play 1 or 2 roles well and they call it right away.

Ryze is just dumb champ, most of AP carries end up squish balls but not ryze...

I know all 5 roles.  But sometimes even if I play well I just feel like I can't win.  I'll win my lane, help top push down their tower, but by the end game my team can't seem to win any fights.

Every game I can, I try to play a carry roles.  I will 90% of time go into early soulstealer to get those stack, build glass cannon damage and hope I can win team fights.

And then shit like this happens, where I am left thinking "why do I even try to win games..."

A friend once told me that when it comes to solo queue you have to consider your own success a win rather than killing the nexus.

i don't play ranked games,  but i have been owning as malphite tank in normal games.  i would imagine that winning ranked games takes a good team composition,  with a tank that can initiate well.

actually i would say solo queue is won in the lane, not in teamfights.  Pick a good laner and you can hopefully get a 20 minute surrender.

I'd say the opposite.  People are much less likely to surrender in normal play because they don't tryhard as much for better ratings.

I've seen team comps heavily geared towards winning late game team fights surrender at 20 because they lost a lane matchup or two in ranked so many times.

Protip; when you have Amumu and Tryn on your team, don't surrender at 20.   ;)

well they are changing the leveling system up a bit now, so it is less likely that teams will surrender at 20.  win one team fight and you are back in the game regardless on how bad the laning phase went.  unless of coarse it went horribad.

Those changes still won't change the gold gap.

No, but it helps. When you are consistantly getting steam rolled you're still fucked, but if you are down because of some early game problems, it won't carry over as badly. Bad teams will still surrender at 20, but hopeless losses won't be as common. Also the gold thing is kind of taken care of in a way since if you kill someone with a long kill streak you get bonus gold (up to 500), though they did nerf that recently.

Duo with someone allows you to control the surrender vote.  Very useful.

Since I'm low elo I just go straight into soulstealer mid and hopefully carry the game.

I don't think soulstealer works on non-supports outside of sub-1000 elo.

It's wonderful on Lux, her spell ranges are 1100 on the E to 3000 on the ult, even the bind is 1000 range, so you should never be close enough to be killed, ever.

Get easy stacks lasering enemies that are trying to run, get extremely powerful, carry game in 30 minutes.
Also, don't buy it straight away.  Get the kill in the lane, go back and buy a blasting wand, kill again, get mejai's
