That, however, has to be the biggest problem I had. There just is no teamwork (like in most FPS games these days ::)).

Load up some battlefield and get some good teamwork. Only place to be found I find

Even on Battlefield (BFBC2 though) I only see teamwork happening on like 3 out of 10 matches. :-X

Clans, there's just something that makes me avoid those like the plague.
Organized teams? Don't have anyone to be organized with and won't bother going out to look for a bunch of elitists, lol.

Organized teams don't have to be organized, that just means you get a bunch of people and go on a team.

With my luck it's always 3 snipers and me.

Organized would just mean like playing with people you know and stuff.
