Cannot upload/seed new torrents.

So I can't seem to upload or seed any of my downloads. I can download them just fine though. Theres only one torrent I can seed but everything else gets 0kbs.

A little background info.

this is what it looks like under the trackers tab. I'm not sure, but all those "not allowed" has me concerned.

This problem has been happening since I switched computers. The only torrent I can seed is something I finished on the old computer and transferred over. Everything after I just cannot seed. The internet connection is the same. Old computer's OS was windows XP and I used utorrent. new computer is windows 7 and still using utorrent.

Please help. My ratio is only gonna drop like a lead weight until this is resolved.

your screenshot looks fine. dht etc. are not allowed because the private flag is set in every bakabt torrent (otherwise ratio tracking would be impossible).
my guess is that somehow that specific torrent is bugged, someone else reported the same problem with that torrent. my guess is that those 140 leechers are just ghosts resulting from some kind of not yet identified bug caused by the torrent swap.
i guess that your shangri-la torrent is the only one properly seeding. the rocket princess torrent won't upload anything because there are currently no leechers on that torrent (you are getting bonus points at least).

Hmm is that so.  Well thanks alot. That really put my mind at ease. I guess I was being paranoid over nothing. Tried seeding a different torrent and everything looks to be in order.
